Custom Domain Configuration Guide

How to link your own domain to a Sovereign Card profile, including DNS setup, verification, and troubleshooting.

Prerequisites

  • • Upgrade to Pro status via the one-time payment option in Sovereign Card Settings.
  • • Own a domain name and have access to its DNS management panel at your registrar.
  • • Ensure your domain registrar supports CNAME record creation for subdomains.

DNS Configuration Steps

  • • Add your desired subdomain in the Sovereign Card Settings panel and click Add Domain.
  • • Create a CNAME record pointing your subdomain to cname.vercel-dns.com at your DNS registrar.
  • • Allow up to 24 hours for DNS propagation, though most changes take effect within minutes.

Verification and Troubleshooting

  • • Click Verify DNS in Settings after creating the CNAME record to confirm domain ownership.
  • • If verification fails, double-check for trailing dots, TTL conflicts, or conflicting A records.
  • • Contact support with your domain name and wallet address if automatic verification does not resolve after 48 hours.
